East Valley Floors is a family-owned Chandler flooring company, one location, one team, one standard of work. From our shop on E Chicago Circle we run free in-home estimates and installations across the East Valley, from Tempe's mid-century neighborhoods to the new master-planned communities of Queen Creek. Every job, in every city below, is sold, scheduled, and installed by the same people, most of our installers have 15 to 20+ years with this company.One important note on honesty: the cities below are service areas we travel to, not branch locations. We have a single address in Chandler, and it's the only place we're located. When you call (480) 926-3444, you reach the same team whether your project is in Mesa or Queen Creek.

Where We Install

Chandler, Our home city, where we've been located since 1984, from established ranch neighborhoods near downtown to newer communities along the Loop 202 corridor, and the only city where you'll find our address.

Gilbert, The agricultural town we watched grow into one of America's best-run suburbs, with miles of custom homes, lake communities, and new construction that need flooring built for Arizona heat.

Mesa (Arizona's third-largest city, from the historic streets of downtown Mesa to Dobson Ranch and the Eastmark boom) thousands of slab homes with the subfloor quirks we know well.

Tempe (Mid-century originals near ASU, townhome and rental turnover, and remodels around Tempe Town Lake) a city where compact projects and fast timelines are the norm.

Queen Creek, The East Valley's fastest-growing edge, where new construction allowances and move-in flooring upgrades make up much of our work in the area.
